To make a long story short: B52 is the best moving company! Courteous, FAST, professional service and at very low rate! I compared! I would recommend them anytime.
I hired B52 for a 3bedroom home move. Their quotes were over around 15% less than any of the other movers, and they said they would beat anyone's rate. Seeing on their website and talking to the person who answered the phones (Leslie), they said they only work with their own employees, background checks, and they are insured. So I felt comfortable. When I cancelled my bookings with other companies, they gave me a hard time saying 'cheaper usually means the company hiring anyone off the street', but they were wrong!
I knew I had to be more flexible with an afternoon move, but Leslie called to say they would start between 12:30-1:30. The crew called me at 1pm to say they needed to get a bite to eat, and would be there at 1:45. I appreciated the call, and they were there at 1:45pm. I had a 5 man crew, James was my foreman, and they were FAST, careful, courteous, professional, and patient when I asked for specific instructions for certain things (I can get picky!). Even though they were moving at a high pace, they were also very thorough making sure all the glass/fragile items were safely transported. On the other end at my destination (about 8 days later) I had a different crew but no less efficient and courteous!! they immediately started unpacking quickly when we got there, again listening to where I wanted certain things. They didn't ever slow down or mess around, and they were able to have everything unpacked reassembled and in place in about 4 hours!
I would highly recommend them to anyone moving.
They are locally owned, have low rates, and great movers. Thank you James, Leslie and the team!
