I want to compliment B&B for the great job they did for me. I had never done a move like this before and was very nervous. The customer service rep was so helpful. I received my quote after we did a full inventory by phone and it was very reasonable. I was thinking it would be off because I was not getting an in home estimate done, but it ended up be so close that it was no concern at all. The rep was very knowledgeable and helpful, it really helped put my mind at ease. The guys showed up on the day I requested and had me loaded and ready to go very fast. The foreman was very specific on placing my items in the truck and I am so thankful he was so knowledgeable because I had read stories on the internet about things being damaged by moving companies. These guys had my life in their hands but it really was great to see how well trained the guys where. I asked the driver how long he thought it would take for me to be delivered and he said 7-10 days just like the rep had advised me when I booked. I was glad I got the same answer from both....they told be it would take 7-10 days for delivery and I received my delivery on the 8th day. I am so happy to say I had NO DAMAGED ITEMS!!! I am very happy with B&B and would recommend them 100%. And most of all my rep told me NO HIDDEN FEES!! and she was right. Everything was very well explained, detailed, documented and professional.
