There's a reason why this company has a 1 star average rating! I didn't pay attention and in a hurry scheduled my move with this company. My thinking was, 'how bad can it get'? I'll adjust.
But, this is HORRRIBLLE!!!!!!
1. They did not come on time on the moving day - 2 HOURS LATE
2. Charged me extra for flights and TAPE!!!!
3. The sales person is different from the movers - BnB moving works with Everything moves and they are the worst experience ever
4. I have made 20+ phone calls in 1 week to coordinate the delivery
5. Yesterday I found out they are delivering today and had to scamper for freight elevator reservations
6. Driver was the craziest fool ever and wasted 2 hours finding a way to get the 18wheeler near the garage!!!!! We had 4 hours of freight elevator time booked and they totally wasted 2 hours
7. Moving boxes came BRUTALLY BATTERED AND the movers were carrying my fragile boxes upside down!!!! Seriously, can't they READ!
8. Charged extra for elevator and 75 feet distance from elevator to trailer!!!!
It has been the worst day of my life and I'm so frustrated that I'm writing this review to save other people the headache. Not to mention their initial quote of $3k went up to $6000 for our move! Double the quote! Who does that?
Even you have an hour to decide on a moving company, choose someone else and save yourself the grief. Even you have to burn your money, that's better than giving it to these people. I understand that quotes can be changed but, if we're paying you, at least do a decent job of moving our boxes and not destroying them!!!
Seriously, such companies should be out of business. My next complaint is going to go to the better business bureau.
