I would not recommend them at all- I am giving them ZERO stars. I have moved quite a bit instate (moving from apartments in and around Boston, Western Mass), but hired Available to move me to TX. Everything that could have gone wrong did-
Inaccurate Quote- They overcharged me at the end. They also said that they would would give me free boxes and free wrapping of furniture. Wrong! They claimed to know nothing.
Damaged Goods- They overloaded the truck with other people's stuff, which caused the truck to break its axle in Carolina. As a result, my closet boxes were busted (they even replaced one, and I ended up MISSING articles), boxes were broken, my plastic bins broken, and 4 furniture pieces destroyed.
Dirty- The movers who picked up my furniture damaged the ceiling (put a hole in it) and scrapped a corner of a room as well. I made them go out and buy stuff at the hardware store and my landlord still put up a stink when I moved out. The movers on arrival left my furniture in disarray; my sofa was upside down, some items were left in their wrapping, and they even lost a couple of items that they had to deliver the next day. They left a mark on my wall with dirt and did not place any matting on the white carpet while they were moving.... as a result, I had to scrub up mud that they left.
I have never experienced such bad business. I would not put my worst enemy through this experience. If anyone wishes to even dispute my experience, I can provide pictures AND video.
Bottom Line- Save yourself the trouble and go with someone else. Wheaton was recommended by Good Housekeeping.
