These people are liars and as professional as a sack of potatoes. I left message after message after my pick up time came and went and they never even returned my call. They were more than happy to charge my card though which was supposed to happen 24-48 hours before pickup. They didn't pick up then of course and had zero communication with me. The driver finally showed up a couple of days late and charged me extras that weren't approved. I fought with the moving company over and over but had no choice but to pay it as the driver said he was going to "dump my sh**" on the side of the highway. He finally showed up 3 hours after the window he gave (which was a couple of days late as it was) and was furious I wasn't there. He never answered any calls to find out why he didn't show or when he was coming. When he came he pulled my boxes out of the huge mess in the back of the truck. The boxes were torn and broken. There were things spilling out into the back of his truck and things spilling onto the road. He even put some things into my open boxes that weren't even mine. I have tons of pictures if anyone needs any more proof of why to never use this company. Of course the moving company never listened to my complaints, I was always sent to voicemails with never a return call. There is not a moral or professional person there to deal with so you just have to let it go. Whoever uses them is looking for a terrible experience.
