Atlantic Relocation held my goods hostage & does not return emails

Atlantic Relocation's representative Andy Orlin did not know international import law, resulting in my household goods being held for over 30 days. When I addressed this “oversight” with him, he told me it was my fault and I should have known Dutch import law. I told him this was ridiculous—this was the entire reason I hired an international moving company. At that point, Orlin took the issue personally and threatened to not deliver my goods. He made good with this threat and dragged his feet on paperwork, delaying delivery. When I addressed this problem with his boss, Mark McReynolds, I was told that I would receive an explanation for the delay—an explanation that never appeared. Once payment was complete, my emails have never been returned by the company.
