Something unpredictable happened during the moving and the van got stuck in a traffic jam for four hours. As we moved to another city it meant spending night in a hotel and paying extra money. The guys contacted me and explained the problem; they assured us to go on and not to worry about the things as they would bring them as soon as possible. And that was true, with a delay they drove all our things and we were offered a discount for some inconveniences.
