At first, we were very happy with this company. They promised us a flat rate and they kept to their promise. There were two moves in volved, from two different locations, so this could have added up to a lot of money if we went hourly.
The gentlemen that came by and did the first part of the move were professional and efficient. The next day, when a different pair of men came to finish the move and they were late arriving by an hour. Then, they were very slow and unprofessional with how they moved the items from the apartment. They complained a great deal and were constantly asking how to do things. When we arrived at the location we were moving to, they complained about the parking situation and were very careless with our belongings. We found a scratch on the bed headboard at least a foot long but . The worst part was that they lost or forgot to unpack the glass part of our entertainment center, probably because they were rushing to get the job done. When I called to ask about the missing pieces of glass, I was assured that they would look for them and get back to me. I called three more times and never got a satisfactory response. Alex told me he would get back to me and that the glass panels were probably in their wearhouse. It has been almost three weeks since the move and I have not heard back. I fear that our glass doors are gone for good.
Although we did get moved for the promised price, we were disappointed with the lack of professionalism of the second set of movers and lack of response by Alex regarding our missing items.
