The actual inventory submitted and taken by John Williams was not the one provided to the movers. It's really aggravating when you tried to reach the person you communicate with to schedule to move "is no longer has an assses to your job". When tried to click on the job number to "view your moving estimate" it's not longer available and states "this job is booked contact customer service representative ". The customer service representative uts you in touch with the driver who tells you this is the inventory I got. Isn't this just great! Never ever I'm to use this company!
