Pros: They got our shipment to us in 2 days. Salesman was great and very friendly.
Cons: They charged us an extra $600 at delivery. They tried for $800 but couldn't prove we used any packing materials, which we didn't. Was on hold for hours waiting for customer service, who ultimately did nothing about the shipper charging us an extra $800. Your contract says that they'll give you an updated estimate at pickup. They don't. They take your goods to the central point and then weigh them. That weight determines your price, regardless of your original quote, any discounts, etc. And at that point they've got your goods and you're stuck.
