I booked with this company to move from Brooklyn, NY to Washington, D.C. and had one of the worst experiences. When I originally booked with the company I was told that I was likely to have my things that same day they were picked up and if not the next day because I was not moving very far. However, it took them 10 days to get me my things. I had to find other accommodations in DC for 10 days and additionally had to buy new clothes. I spent almost twice as much as I wanted to on the move simply because I didn't get my stuff in a timely manner.
Moreover, their customer service is horrendous. I called to try to inquire where my things were and to get a date as to when I could expect them. Each person I spoke to was incredibly rude and dismissive. They continued to tell me someone would call the next day with a date and then no one ever called.
I finally got my stuff and found 2 additional charges that were not disclosed when I first booked. This business is a scam and to anyone looking to move please do not book with them.
