Everything I was told was a lie. The guaranteed estimate got changed the day of pick up and they wouldn't even load the truck until I went and got $200 extra in cash which disappeared in to the drivers pocket. They were late picking up, late delivering, the contract was ignored by the assigned carrier. They were the most unprofessional people I have ever encountered. I complained to Assurance starting on Dec. 26 about their carrier and was told that the overages would be refunded and I would recieve compensation for the late pick up. I was just contacted on Feb. 24 to tell me that I would recieve $125 back instead of the $550 that I am owed according to the contract I entered into with Assurance. It took 31 calendar days for me to recieve my furniture. This has been the worst move of my life.
