I've moved 4 times in the past 10 years. 2 of those times were long distance moves, so I'm no rookie when it comes to moving long distance. I travel light, only had a 2 bedroom apartment to move and wanted to have the pros handle my move instead of breaking my back. Here are 2 things you MUST pay attention to when moving. 1) You packing is 80% of your move. If you pack improperly or try to cut corners with cheap boxes you'll have broken stuff and everything else will most likely go wrong. 2) Weight and Space is everything. Every truck has an alloted space and weight to it, you have to calculate that to the best of your ability to get a very accurate QUOTE. This is why you hear a lot of complaints with moving brokers.
If you follow the instructions I've given you, you'll have a smooth move with Assurance. They were very professional and went the extra mile in helping me out.
