This company's actions are hovering around fraudulent with so much deceit and dishonesty in their business practices. They are a brokerage organization who promise moves with large reputable movers but it is a bait and switch type of offer. The the actual moving company arranged in my move was Unique Moving & Storage, who was rated as an F on an A to F scale by the Ohio Better Business Bureau. I would advise all who come into contact with Assurance Van Lines, and Unique Moving & Storage for that matter, to turn around and run as fast as your legs will carry you. Save yourself a bad experience and try a different company for your move.
