If only I could give a negative star rating. This is my second move in 9 months. I thought my first experience was bad, but this company is exponentially worse. They are dishonest, rude and completely incompetent. They draw you in by telling you their reputation is sterling, which I am learning is a lie, and then they deceptively underbid the cost so you pass on other, probably better options. They are now holding my belongings hostage for the additional $1800 (increasing my cost by 1/3), despite the fact that I had a binding estimate.
