Don't use this scam of a company

This company is a scam. I do not trust them nor should you. From day one we were promised a 24 hour turnaround due to the fact that I was flying from Denver Colorado to Tampa Florida. So I stated to the company that I could load either Tuesday afternoon or Wednesday morning. At the end they gave me a five hour window that was from 12 noon to 5 PM. If I wanted to cancel I would have lost my deposit which was well over $800. I called and talked to several people such as Mark and Rachel they were not helpful at all.
On the day of the move that I thought Assurance van lines going to load our stuff such as American Van lines would have. He stated that there are five stars with the Better Business Bureau as well as other top reviews. So again they subletted our move to A company that is horrible and really doesn't give a crap about you and your belongings. The company that they sublet it to Unique moving and Storage. This company looking at different reviews has one star so why would a five-star company give our stuff as well as anybody else's to a one star company. I feel personally that on my rights were violated and most of all this company really doesn't care you're just a number just like everyone else. The cups from her service from both companies needs to be worked on as well as honesty so reporting this to the US Department of Transportation of Moving Division. I was told that it was bad business. As I was quoted also with Unique that I would have my stuff on Friday. That was a lie now they told me that I will give you 24 hours before I deliver and they cannot give an ETA for my stuff.
So to sum this matter up please use another company besides the scam artist of the company.
