They were very slow and very careless. Movers did not care how they threw things or what they broke. Did not pay any attention to what they were doing. We had 2 boxes that were marked "Breakable Very Fragile" and we found them both on the ground with 4 boxes of books on top of each of them. Needless to say there were several broken items in each of them. Claim support was terrible. I submitted the claim over 3 months ago and I am still waiting find out what you are going to do about it. I have worked with 2 other companies in the past and they were both far superior to Arpin. You have terrible customer support and I would never recommend you to anyone.
