Rude and No Service Mind

At first, I and my friend reserved 2 men and a truck at 1.00 P.M. They were coming at 2.30 P.M. It made us frustrating. Also, they didn't tell us that their requirement was at least 3 hours in moving. I only needed maximum 1 hour as I had only a bed, a couch and small 4 boxes, so we canceled this. After they went back, there was a call from their company. A man said bad words for instance," Using your brain, we are a professional. There is no one sending a truck and 2 men for an hour, and there are many bad words Blah Blah Blah." Then he hung up the phone. I tried to call him back, but he didn't pick it up.
I don't care who you are. Is professional doing something like this?

The worst customer service I've ever experienced.
