I was referred to this local company by another approved North American moving company. The experience with Approved was horrible from start to finish. The 3-person crew arrived an hour late and one was either drunk or in really rough shape from the night before. They were slow and lazy. At one point the porter in my building came up to tell me that the guys were just hanging out on the street - that's after 20 minutes when I sat in my apartment by myself. Several times I had to ask them to rewrap my belongings because either the plastic wrap had holes in it or they did not fully cover my furniture with blankets. At one point, one of the crew members pulled me aside to ask for his tip in cash because he did not trust the other guys. Perhaps most troubling is that I was asked to sign legal forms but the crew could not explain to me what they were or what they were for. When I called to complain I received a total brush off from the General Manager. Overall it was a terrible experience and I most certainly would never use this company again.
