Horrible service; Television was wrapped in the original box with thick padding, it arrived with a cracked screen. My bookshelf was broken in half! As if they threw my things around! The driver couldn't even tell me the approx. date of delivery, first he told me 5 days, after a week of no response, I called back and he says another 4 days! Then I called customer service for assistance, they said they wouldn't be able to tell me the updated information, I can only contact the driver!??? I will never ever use Apple van line anymore.
