The worst consumer experience of my life

Con artists from start to finish. The estimate was tripled after pickup. They were 6 hours late. The contract and paperwork was difficult to read and blurry. At no time did the company tell my sister that they needed 70 % down. They shove all these papers in front of you at time of pick up, knowing that you are probably too exhausted to make another plan. Rush job to get you to sign. The guy Marcus says that he needs $450 in cash at time of unloading. A lie--and very illegal. Apple Moving manager, Melissa, says there is no such cash fee at time of unloading. The true bill was 5k. Estimate $2020. Final bill $4,789.69. This is a one bedroom apartment. They caused me to miss a $200 charity dinner in the evening because they were so late. And the worst part is this: the guy said 3 days. It's expected to arrive on May 10th. Pick up date is April 29th. He knew darn well that the delivery estimate was 7 to 10 days. But he said "3 days". Lie! Do not use this company. They are really unethical. It is a pity and a shame that American businesses operate in this manner.
