I finally was able to speak with Wendy from Apex moving and storage to address my concerns with the entire moving process. It was definitely hectic and frustrating but Wendy was more than willing to resolve the issues I had and I greatly appreciate that. I'm glad she made an attempt to resolve my issue and report the feedback I provided to management regarding effective communication.
