The "No Show" Apartment Movers

I was told the movers would be at my apartment 10am sharp. After a couple of hours of waiting I called the company to see why the delay and I was told that the movers were running late on another moving appointment they had but they were on the way. 3 hours past and no show or even a courtesy call. So unprofessional to say the least and a waste of time. Please save your time and money and don't contract this company.
