I would like to let you know about my experience with the crew that went over to my apartment at broadstone new territory, sugar land, tx on feb. 16 2009. Contrary to the good transaction we have over to the phone the crew that went to unload my things to the apartment was a total mess. First, the guy I forgot his name was very bossy and was leaving all the work to his partner he was very uncorteous in dealing with me as well. I was expecting this guys to be professional and experienced with their jobs but they are not, all my things were just dumped and scattered without even any sort of arrangement or proper filing of moving boxes. I asked this guy to do a simple task of assembling the bed frame but he simply said that is not listed on the contract or on the job list. My coffee table was almost broken because this guys were not careful they just throw things and stuff without arranging. My qoute was only $80 per hour with a minimum of 2 hours but I didnt know how they did it but my card was charged with $180 when they only worked for only almost 2 hours, i guess he automatically debited 20 for tip wherein i gave him 20 cash for tip already. This is not proper and right and I hope you can do something with the overcharging and get this people to your attention.
