I Hired Apt Movers to hoist my couch over my balcony of my third floor apt. They Never showed up the day they were suppose to had me waiting all day long. A guy came to my house at 11pm in is personal car by himself to try and hoist my couch up. I told him i didn't feel safe him doing it by himself esp. since it was a $3,500.00 Leather couch. The next morning I called and talked to Pete he told me first crew would be out to move my couch.
When they arrived they came in one guy asked my wife to cook his food in our microwave, Once one of the other guys saw what he was doing he told him to stop. They had my couch sitting in the grass under my apt balcony. They started arguing with another guy and they started cussing and started throwing punches. There was a kids birthday party going on 15 ft from all of this.I asked them to leave and one of the guys insisted on getting my couch up. By this point I didn't trust them with my couch. The other guys continued to fight one even went around the corner and got a piece of firewood to hit the guy with it. Apt managers ran out and asked them to leave. They had to threathen them with the police. One guy say "that he will go to jail for life because he aint no N word" Direct quote. I called Pete and he didn't seem like he really cared. The guys left their moving rope and covers so I got a few guys from the pool area to help me lift it up. It took about 10 mins and we got it up with no problem. Never knew that id be a mover.
DO NOT USE!!!
Wish i would have read all the horrible reviews before called them.
