Over Charged, Damaged Property, Poor Customer Service, No Attempt for Resolution...

It has been over a month and I have not gotten a resolution to my concerns.
On April 30, 2011 at 10:30am the driver called introduced himself and advised he was just finishing up a move and would be there to start my move in the next half hour or so. Later around 11:00am I received a phone call from Rio stating that the tire on the truck had blown out and he was waiting on some assistance. By the time they reached me it was 5:30pm this is the beginning of an awful day.
They arrived in a pick up truck and 14ft trailer. The first thing I said is my furniture is not going to fit in this. I was immediately disappointed and it showed on my face because the driver in whom name I will not disclose commented. However after waiting all day long for them to arrive; my options were very slim as I had to be out of the apartment on this day.
The driver himself was very professional and worked hard; I must say he handled 85% of the workload himself. The other young man that was with him seem confused and unsure how to properly lift furniture and pack the truck. Rio was constantly giving direction. Due to the time frame and the small truck; I overheard the driver calling and asking for help from someone named Lee apparently Lee declined to assist being that no one else ever showed up.
Once the truck was and the trailer was packed to it's capacity attempting to fit all of my furniture we headed to the house. My husband road down with the gentleman in the truck and since it was getting late I advised I would stop and pick up dinner for all of them. Since it was taking so long for them to arrive I called to learn that the tire had blown out again only this time on the trailer. Now I am concerned about the safety of the movers, my husband and my furniture. By the time they made it to the house after waiting again for help it was going on 10:00pm
Because the truck was not large enough they had to make a second trip to go back and pick up the last of my items. At this time I asked my husband to help because it was late I was disappointed and tired, and it was time for them to leave.
To make an even longer story short by the time they unpacked the second load it was 1:30am and the $180 I was quoted ending up being $463. My curio cabinet is broken, my dinning room table has dings and scratches on it, and my washer has a dent in the top of it.
I have tried calling and was told by another associate that an email address to Matt, Neils, or Todd could not be provided; however I was sent to a voice machine. I received a call back and I do not recall who I actually spoke to however I did not feel that they were trying to assist me. I was advised that they don't send trucks out on moves and the 14ft trailer was all they had when I was told by Rio that they do have 16ft trailers. Plus with this being a moving company it is hard for me to believe that you don't have trucks and that you would send something so small to move an 1100 sq ft apartment.
By the end of the call I was told that driver would come and examine the damaged curio cabinet to see if it was fixable and we would go from there. I had not yet mentioned the table and washer because I really want curio cabinet fixed and I did not feel like this gentlemen was too concerned about my complaints.
The driver still had the glass door to the curio cabinet and brought it to my job. Needless to say my curio cabinet has not been fixed and I have not heard a word from anyone else.
Unfortunately this was the most unprofessional encounter I have every experienced in my lifetime. I feel like I was bamboozled.
I am asking to be refunded for 2 out of the 5 hours that I paid for. If they had come in a big enough truck they would not have had to make two trips. Plus I am asking to have my curio cabinet repaired or replaced and my table repaired....
Unfortunately I have not gotten a to my email or a phone call and I am left feeling like I was taken advantage of with no satisfaction....
