I am appalled at the blatant lack of customer service within your organization. I had a move scheduled for Sunday 2-6-2011 at 10:00am. I had a call at 11:00am and was informed that not enough people showed up for work so I would have to be rescheduled. No appology. I initially rescheduled the move for today,2-7-2011 @ 4:30p but when I called to speak with your management about what a terrible inconvienence this was for me, I was told by your management staff, there was nothing she could about it. She actually had the audacity to tell me that in this economy, it was difficult to get people to show up for work. I explained that as a business, it is not the customers fault if you cant get employees to show up. It is rediculous that I am out of pocket additional expences for the delay in the move, as well as missing work and school because of your problems with your staff. I am disgusted by your managers attitude. I promptly rescheduled my move with a different company and will make sure everyone I know is well informed of your horrible customer service and grave lack of professionalism.

This is the worst company I have had the misfortune of dealing with. Shame on them for thier lack of customer service and professionalism. I am appalled. First off, your organization screws up and then you have the audacity to tell me there is nothing you are going to do about it. Shame on you!!!!!
