Had an appointment for 10 AM to get moved by the apartment movers. Kept calling and calling because they never showed. Every time they said theyd be there in one-two hours. It became 5PM and still nos how until the mover actually turned off their phone!
We ended up getting a UHaul and doing it ourselves. Absolutely HORRIBLE. Avoid at all costs. This made the move super stressful. Will be reporting to better business bureau.
