I paid top dollar for poor service. They arrived late, I missed my flight. They took forever to pack the house and poorly label the boxes rooms and contents, they also packed items that were not supposed to be packed. They damaged items and said nothing-they lost my son baby picture of 30+ years, damaged my roll top desk by taking the keyboard drawer out inside of taping it closed (I was in the area when I noticed the leading guy whispering with one of the other guys and to my surprised days later the drawer was hidden in the tower compartment. I dread going to the storage facility to find anything, heaven only knows what I'm going to find. The customer service was excellent before the contract but changed after the movers didn't show or call the last day of the 2 day window they gave me! I WILL NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE...
