I used America's Moving Services twice, in 2010 to move antiques from TX to GA; again in 2011 to move my household from FL to GA. Their online and phone customer service was excellent...I really like their inventory system that sets up the initial quote. Both times the final cost has come in several hundred dollars less than they estimated. The only challenge comes because they are a broker, and the driver of the actual moving firm may not have the same understanding about details. We had a problem on the first move because items got wet (they moved during a major winter storm). The driver wouldn't sign off on the damage report, because the insurance was not thru his firm. AMS did go to bat for us, and we got most of the insurance settlement paid, but not all. This time, my only complaint was that the driver ran out of packing materials, so the final few boxes had lots of paper towels wrapping up items, and the boxes weren't labeled except for room. Minor tear in sofa back.
But stuff happens like this during a move. I will recommend them to anyone. These were my first moves in 22 years, and went way smoother than the one at that time.
