These guys actually contract out to other trucking companies and take no responsibility for your experience. The move was late by one day and they changed the trucking company at the last minute as well. My items arrived three weeks late and were damaged and a box missing. No apologies or remorse. I filed a claim with their insurance company but compensation was only 60 cents a pound, not enough to cover the cost of what was damaged and lost).
