I was referred to this company by a friend and with high service expectations I signed up with this company. They took the order but sold it to another company for pick up and delivery without my knowledge. I was basically running between both companies with no one taking responsibilities for customer service instead blaming each other for lapses.
We ended up living like in a jungle with no knowledge about our shipping. Each time we called we were told that it will be loaded on to a truck today or tomorrow!
Overall......they never cared for customer.....it was all their convenience.
My packages finally reached but fragile items were broken and the wooden furniture were abrased. The package was also done so cheap with just paper......it had resulted in dirtying of all the packages and some broken.
I WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMENDED ANYONE TO THIS COMPANY. NEITHER WOULD I EVER CHOOSE MOVING COMPANIES. HORRIBLE.
