Terry Joal and Mitch were excellant. They were VERY efficient and packed our house (~1800 SF) in 2 days. We have NO negatives to report about their work (but a warning to others: make sure to tell them EXACTLY what NOT to pack. They packed the kitchen shelf liners when we had made those liners specifically for the kitchen cabinets at the old house and could not understand why they would pack those). No damage was done on the move to TN but due to the angle of the driveway, one of our plastic bins fell and broke - no damage to contents. They are EXPERT movers and were able to move items into the house without even a scrape to any of the walls. These two were always as good as their word. When they said they would arrive on a day - they did, and on time. When they said they would call to tell us they would arrive - they did. All in all, these two were fantastic. All our worries about things being stollen or damaged or whatever - never happened. Even our Grandfather Clock arrived in the same condition it was sent. EE Ward is a great mover.
