This Company is Terrible

Do not use this company. I was moving from KS to CT and booked my move weeks in advance. They said they would call 24 to 48 hours in advance, but I hardly even heard from them. I finally called them the evening before they originally said they would pick up (which was day three of my pickup window) my things. Once they guy checked into my move, he informed me that their truck was full. He avoided saying it outright, but it was pretty clear that they would not be able to move me any time soon.
This was all a week and a half before I started a new job, and during the busiest time of the year for moving companies. Needless to say, I will not have my things when I start my job, and it may be weeks before I receive any of them. Some companies I called after this fiasco said that they could not even get into their computers for two weeks because of how busy they were.
This company was not at all apologetic, and they manager I spoke to just tried to defend the company rather than apologizing. He acted like they were still trying to find a mover, which is just so I would not request a refund. I do not understand how they can have so many positive reviews on this site, then treat me so incredibly poorly. Well, I will not speculate on that, but I do not think this is a reliable company, and I would encourage you to look elsewhere.
