I was very skeptical when trying to find a mover. Before this, we'd always been moved by a company & this was the first time we'd paid for it. Finding a company on the web is a bit scary for me XXXwho knows which are scams?? But I saw that America's Best was #1 and now I see why! I got a quote from a company that I'd used several times before and had great moves with, but they were very expensive (wanted almost $10k to pack & move me). America's did it ALL for under $6 XXXand we went over on poundage and WAY over on # of boxes predicted.
Chris Rivera was with me every step of the way, reassuring me that everything was going smoothly. Chris hooked me up with a CA crew that picked up my load XXXthey were SO helpful, courteous and pleasant - I enjoyed our two days together (they packed us on one day & loaded the next). Some of our items were VERY difficult to box & they built boxes and cartons for them XXXseveral DELICATE lamp shades were handled gently & made the trip unscathed! :)
Upon delivery, the TX crew was also VERY patient and courteous about placing large items JUST where I wanted them AND when I decided a few needed to be moved to a different location, they only asked where I wanted it with a SMILE! A few items were difficult to maneuver but they were VERY careful and went out of their way to do a great job. I haven't unpacked everything yet, but I have no doubt it's safe & sound.
I would DEFINITELY use them again AND will tell all my friends about them, too! They are worthy of your trust.
