I used America's Moving Services for my move from south AL to north TX Oct 09. I was hesitant to use a broker but after asking Michael Martin, relocation director, lots of questions I felt good about using this company. Michael spent as much time on the phone as I needed to be sure all of my questions were answered and even got a few laughs out of me. He explained the entire process of completing the inventory list, lining up the moving company, and how the payment would be handled. The movers who received my job were sure to keep us informed of their whereabouts before pick-up and delivery. Those guys, Alex and Miguel, worked very fast and very hard. They were polite, respectful, and grateful for refreshments we provided. The pick-up - scheduled for a Sat/Sun window - was on Saturday night (several hours late but that worked in our favor) and my belongings were delivered on Monday night. The movers even offered to come the following morning if it was too late for us but were more than willing to work late in the night. The furniture was wrapped well and everything was put back together properly upon arrival. All boxes were stickered and nothing was missing. Alex clearly knows what he is doing and wants it done right. So kudos to those guys! And kudos to Mr. Martin for his help in arranging it and providing me with all the information I would need. I can't believe how quickly the broker and the movers made my move happen.
If you want a move where all of your questions are answers, you're anxieties put at ease, and a good moving company is selected, use America's Moving Services.
