When I decided to move, I got quotes from everyone including the mover I used before. Then I decided to check online for mover reviews and found out about these guys and how they have the top rating in the country. The thing that surprised me is the number of years(5 yrs) they have been in business and how they have more positive reviews than companies that are in this business for decades.
Anyway I talked to Chris R and he was very courteous and knowledgeable. When I left a message after 5pm once, his boss(one of the co-owners) called me back around 6pm. Unbelievable customer service. And he was nice to explain about how they work and how they pick their movers based on different factors including BBB rating. Anyone I have worked with in this company has been so good in responding and working with me on everything especially Chris and Josh.
Even though the cost is little higher than couple of other quotes I got, I went with these guys and the movers who came to pick the stuff were very nice and did things very professionally. They were on time. Even though I had to pay little extra to rent a uhaul to get the stuff to my destination because of drive way conditions, I really didn't think twice or complain about it which I think really attributes to the great customer service these guys provided and the way they explained everything including the addl cost very clearly. They also gave me a discount since the uhaul thing was unexpected.
Anyway overall it was a great move. I'm using these guys from now on for any of my moves and would highly recommend to others too.
