Chris took care of me from start to finish. All transactions were conducted in a prompt, efficient, courteous manner and the price was competitive. The movers contacted me in advance, showed up when they said they would, did a great job loading my things onto the truck and were pleasant and actually humorous while they worked.
My shipment arrived days sooner than I thought it would. Because I live in SF with steep hills, they had trouble getting their truck to my front door, but they went well above and beyond making sure I got my things as quickly as possible and without additional moving charges.
I've had to 2 two long-distance moves in a year. The first was a nightmare. It took 3 weeks for my things to arrive, many of them damaged. This was completely the opposite. I hope to never move again, but if I do, I would most certainly go right back to these guys.
