We chose America's Moving Services because of it's superb customer reviews. I'm glad we did. The guys at AMS were fantastic. Here's four reasons I will use this company again and why I would recommend using this company to friends. Maybe I'm reading too much into my experience, but this is how I see it.
First, in reading the reviews all the positive reviews bled together after a while because they all said the same thing. I suppose this review will blend in to. But what impressed me was the manner in which the few critical reviews were addressed--respectfully, but honestly. It showed me that AMS pays attention to detail--that they care about their reputation. This showed me that they would care about my move because their name was attached.
Second, they were professional. Every time I interact with them, I got the sense that they've done this before. I felt comfortable because of their experience. They were able to answer all my questions immediately. Even more important, they were able to answer most of my questions before I even asked them!
Third, they were extremely prompt in getting back to me if I had a question or comment--I truly felt like I was their only customer.
Last, the mover (yes, only one--it was a small delivery) that delivered our goods was personable and effecient. He was confident, yet careful in bringing our goods in to the house, setting the furniture up, and positioning it exactly where we wanted it.
For all of these reasons, I plan on using AMS again.
