They were 3 days late and said it would be 2 to 21 days delivery time. They delivered in 27 but said thy were not late as they don't count weekends. Boxes were smashed and stacked with large ones on top of small ones. No heed was taken to boxes that were marked "this side up". My many phone calls before the pick-up and during the 27 days were either not answered or I was told they would look into it and call back. They never called back. One thing missing is part of a hand carved chair that my husband's great-grandfather made. It was packed in three pieces, the back and cushions arrived, but the base with the legs and arms didn't. As soon as I discovered it was missing, I called and Stacy said she would call the driver and get back to me. She never got back to me and is never available to answer when I call. That chair has been in the family for over 200 years. It is irreplaceable and no good to anyone else. To file a claim I have to go through MovingClaims.net. It will take at least 30 days to get a response and I have to leave everything that is broken just the way it is until then. That means I won't have a kitchen table as it has a broken leg. Not only was the move a disaster, the customer service was nonexistent.
I want my chair back!
