I am in the Military and chose to use American Moving Systems for my last Permanent Change of Station from Colorado to California. To be honest everything was fine until they received my depositi if $1253.25. From that point on everything went down hill. My move was supposed to happen on July 6, 2015 and come that date nobody showed up. After numerous calls to Alan as well as their Corporate office who also happened to be Alan I was given a terrible excuse and told my move would happen the following day. July 7, 2015 came and once again the same thing happened, nobody showed up and I was not contacted until almost 3pm and told the driver decided not to show up with his crew and I would be issued a refund. It is now September 9, 2015 and I have yet to be issued a refund. I have been told that a refund was mailed on July 12 then told by email on July 30 that the owner was out of town therefore my refund was not signed yet and could not be sent till he returned 2 weeks later. In that email I was told that my refund would not be mailed if I made any Bad Reviews about the company. 2 weeks later I still had yet to receive a refund and called and finally got in contact with Alan again just to be told that they were working on getting my money to me and I would receive it before September 1 and if they didn't have the money the new owner would pay it out of his own pocket. Once again I repeat today is September 9, 2015 and I have received absolutely no refund.
