I booked an interstate move three months in advance. They called last minute and changed the pick-up date.
The driver never showed and never called.
Once I got a hold of him he gave every excuse- flat tire, mechanical problems with the truck, an unexpected delivery added to his route, you name it.
Try, just try and call customer service. You'll be on hold for hours while they transfer you from department to department.
Having a pre-frontal lobotmy must be a prerequesite for working for AVL.
If you want to loose your money and be homicidaly frustrated during your move then AVL can accomodate you.
I have no idea how this 'company' is still in business.
