Don't be fooled with this company. They will promise a lot of things but service is not even close to what they tell. We have a very bad experience with American van lines relocation devision service. Before paying the advance they promised lot of things on how they do packing, loading and delivery but by the time eveything is done you will be very disppointed with the service. See some of the attached photos. 1. They said they will be sending 16 wheeler truck trailer. They came with 6 wheeler small truck and half of it is loaded with somebody's stuff. 2. They said they will load and fit everything in the truck. Truck don't have space even for my furniture. They tied the queen mattress set out side truck. 3. They said they will wrap up all the furniture before loading. Only things they did any wrap is on dining table and sofa set. None of the dining chairs wrapped. None of the bed frames (queen bed and kids bed) wrapped. Kids bed frame they just taped little bit and at the time of delivery kid's bed paint peeled off several places. 4. They said TV will be boxed and packed. TV is wrapped with a blanket. TV delivered with scratches and cracks on frame.
