Was initially excited about the move, had the move set up 6 weeks in advance. Professional estimate and happy with the initial service until the move began. The movers who came to pack my stuff were 2 hours late and took fovever, obviously paid by the hour.
I was scheduled have my items at my new location, 700 miles away anywhere from 4 to 14 days after my items were packed and picked up. Well the company did not contact after about a week, so I contacted the manager of my move, who failed to call me back. Finally got in touch with her 12 days after pick up and my stuff was still at the warehouse at the original location. She stated they didn't have a driver, were very busy, etc. and had no idea when the furniture would be moved. How can you not have a driver when I booked 6 weeks in advance. She told me not to worry it would be there on time. Well the day before the supposed last arrival date, I had to call her again and my stuff was still sitting there. Same story, no clue when we'd get it, no driver, blah, blah, blah. My wife got super pissed talked with several managers who offered 50% off of food and some money for 'essentials'. It took several hours, many voice messages, and a lot of time just to get this. Several people never contacted her back. Well, it still took over 3 weeks from the initial pick up to receive our items. They only had to travel 600 miles.
This was our fourth move, and by far the worst yet. Seemed completely unorganized and took for times longer than any of our other moves. Our contact agent was a complete bufoon and incompetent/unable to perform her job.
I would never use this company.
