I chose the company because I was promised an 8/10/12 delivery date. Because I needed this delivery date, the company suggested I go with an 8/2/12 pickup date. I was NOT told that the 2-7 business day window began from the first available delivery date, as that was not discussed when making the arrangments for the 8/10/12 delivery. That was only discussed AFTER all the delivery issues arose. Basically, my shipment never left CA until 8/18/12 because the company waited to get another customer that was moving up North to put my stuff with. There was no communication to me from the company at ANY point during the whole process unless I called them. They are delivering my stuff tomorrow, which is going to be 11 days past the promised delivery date and 5 days past the 2-7 business day window. The company was not transparent about all of their poilicies when I was in talks with them...everything slowly came out after I had put the $100 deposit down. They only take cash or postal money order for the payment which ALSO was not told to me prior to me paying the deposit. The mngr was of NO assistance to me when my issues began, and simply apologized and then never contacted me back when he said he would. All he offered me(after I asked for a parital refund) was a $350 discount on a $1623 total. The company is a joke, and with the amount of complaints they have against them, it's a wonder that they are still in business.
