They arrived 2 hrs late with hired drivers in two Budget Rental trucks without professional moving equipment. A 1/2 hr later four unprofessional day labor movers hired from Craigslist showed up. The late start required me to use two teenagers, my son-in-law and myself to complete the unloading before dark. They move some of the items to their respective rooms but a majority of the items and furniture were left in my basement and garage. They did not unpack or set up beds as promised. The company has not responded to my request to file insurance claims to my damaged furniture. This entire move from beginning to end was a nightmare. Stay away from this company.
