Where to start??
Estimation was completely off. --When the guy came to pick the things up, he ended up charging me double to "pack" the items "un-protected" (like a coat stand??)
From that day, I was under the assumption that the truck was on the way! Yay! I was given an estimation of 5-10 business days until arrival. When I called on the 9th business day to check on the status, my personal belongings had been sitting in their (American movers group) warehouse THE ENTIRE TIMEEEE!! Regardless of the weather, truck break-downs, or what other excuse they pulled out their ass....WHY WASN'T I NOTIFIED?!
After NUMEROUS phone calls and emails that were ignored or avoided by me, I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY STUFF, and it's now the 15 business day. The driver's number was diconnected at one point, and I'm on the verge of filing a police report.
