Mover drove From Chicago To move my property from Ann Arbor. 8 hours late and began to load after telling me we charge by cubic foot not LBS. like qouate. also needed to charge addationally to package or no coverage for property. Indicated addtioanal charge of $800. When property recieved it was not pakaged it was like it was when it left my home at 1AM in the morning. Started to load truck at 4:30 PM and finished at 1AM in the morning. They loaded in the dark! Have been trying to get in contact with some one in management. No one will give out information.
