This is the first time that we have ever hired movers, and it was a great experience from start to finish. There were 3 movers and they were speedy, friendly and highly efficient - they arrived early and I think the whole move was done in about 3 hours. There were very careful with our things, and nothing was damaged. They managed to move a heavy 1950's fridge out of our basement with barely enough room for it to fit up the stairs. I would not hesitate to recommend American Home Movers, and if I move again I would definitely use their services.
