Saying that this company was unprofessional would be a compliment. This company was dishonest with me from the start. Unfortunately for me I did not find out until it was too late. The quote that I was given was $729 off and 1000 cubic feet off. I asked myself how could that happen considering I had a manager come to my house open cabinets and take inventory to give me a quote. How can you be that off and still have a job? THis is your business? To this day those questions still haunt me.
The items that were broken, ironically were packed the movers. They wrapped up my dinning room table and chairs and packed them on the truck. By the time I got them, one of my chairs was broken. One of the movers not only broke the leg off my chair they attempted fix it by bungie tying it together and shoved it back under the wrapped blanket. When I mentioned it, the only answer I got was oh sorry just file a claim. They also wrapped my families bikes in their packing blankets. WHen they unpacked them they sliced all of the break wires! How does this carelessness happen. I tell you, they don't care. Their answer for everything is just file a claim.
The claim .....that is another great experience. I have filed the claim eight times and it still never gets received. This company is a fraud. The negative reviews have been dead on.....I should have believed them. Please belive the reviews, the positive ones have to have been written by company representatives. All of the negative ones have the same complaints...their has to be truth to it.
